How to request an access to Submit Death Notfication
If you do not have access to submit a Death Notification, you can request it by contacting the Department of Health Abu Dhabi support team. Please follow the steps below:
Note: Only clinicians who are consultants or specialists are eligible to request this service.

Log in to the Tamm mobile application or website using your UAE Pass account.

Once logged in, click on Support in the top header. Scroll down until you see Request Support and select it.

Under Request Support, click on Report an Incident. Fill out the form, stating that you are experiencing an issue with submitting a Death Notification. Ensure that you attach a screenshot of the issue for reference.

After submitting the incident, please allow 4–8 business days (or less) for processing. You will receive an email with the estimated resolution time.
